Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are shown on the product and checkout pages. These are approximate estimates and may vary based on your location, order size, and courier availability.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control; however, our support team will assist you in tracking and resolving any delay through our courier partners.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery will be done within 5 days after order processed.
Once shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification with your tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

RETURN POLICY
At Sunflo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a hassle-free return policy within 15 days from the date of invoice, so you can shop with confidence.
Reasons under which return request can be raised:-
- Damaged Product
- Defective Product
- Missing parts/accessories
- Wrong product received
We carefully inspect and pack every product to ensure safe delivery. However, if your package appears tampered with or damaged, please contact the Sunflo support team via email or WhatsApp immediately and record a video while unboxing the product for verification.
If you receive an SMS or email stating that your order has been delivered but you haven’t actually received it, please report the issue to our support team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation message.
All return requests are processed within 10 working days from the date of your request. For any assistance, please reach out to Sunflo Customer Support.
Customized or made-to-order products (such as special-sized fittings, non-standard finishes, or personalized items) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded in case of product return.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected at our facility.
Only unused and undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account, for which our team will contact you to collect the necessary details after receiving your return request.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order, you can log in to your Sunflo account and request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been dispatched.
If your order has already been shipped, you can accept the delivery and then initiate a return according to our Return Policy if you no longer wish to keep the product.
Please note that shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. In case of a return, the return shipping cost (reverse pickup or courier fee) will be kindly deducted from the refund amount.
